ProtectIQ™
ProtectIQ is a network-level security application that proactively keeps malicious websites, viruses, and intrusions away 24×7. ProtectIQ leverages a large cloud database of known virus and ransomware threats.
Keep malicious websites, viruses & intrusions away
ProtectIQ protects connected devices from cyberattacks and malware, including viruses and ransomware. It neutralizes these threats and prevents them from ever reaching the connected devices in the subscriber’s network.
Descriptors tell subscribers about viruses blocked
ProtectIQ provides subscribers with timely notifications about threats in the network. Each time the classification engine detects a threat in the network, ProtectIQ neutralizes it and sends a notification to the subscriber via the CommandIQ app.
Detect both network and computer intrusions
ProtectIQ also prevents unknown devices from trying to access other devices in the subscriber network. Any unauthorized devices attempting to access the network will be blocked by ProtectIQ.
View the trusted list of websites
ProtectIQ monitors devices connected to the network and blocks any attempts to visit websites that are known to be malicious. When a website is blocked, users will see a message in their browsers indicating that the website is not available.

ExperienceIQ offers advanced parental control and network management features built into the Vibrant app. It’s designed to give families real control over your home internet, with tools that go far beyond basic content filtering.

Receive a view of the time user spends on apps
ExperienceIQ provides information on the amount of time subscribers spend on the applications they have been authorized to use. It analyzes all data traffic to determine how much time users are spending online broken down daily, weekly and monthly.
Prioritize applications and devices on the network
Subscribers can prioritize the activities by ordering them from top to bottom with the most important activities on top. Once set, My Priorities will do all the work to prioritize traffic to your activities. Three different schedules are supported.
Block access to apps that place children at risk
Subscribers can block access to websites that host inappropriate content. ExperienceIQ includes a comprehensive list of apps that can be either blocked or allowed for each profile and can search for a specific one and then either allow or block it.
Schedule times for children to use the internet
ExperienceIQ lets parents schedule times during which internet access will be blocked. For each profile, subscribers can specify the days of the week and times of day when the internet will be unavailable to users.
Use content filtering to ensure online safety
ExperienceIQ provides subscribers with a set of easy-to-use tools to protect family members, especially children, from inappropriate and potentially harmful online content. Block access to specific websites that fall into 15 predefined categories.
